Q : Can I do an online transaction?

You can pay using your Debit card, ATM card, Credit card, Netbanking account or payment wallets like JioMoney/Mobikwik/Freecharge/Ola Money/PayPal/ UPI Apps. If you could not find the right payment option, you can write to support@dearsir.in. Our support team will assist you.

Q : How to raise a complaint if the amount debited twice?

You no need to worry! Usually, one of your failed transactions will get refunded back to your bank account automatically. If it is not working, you can mail us at support@dearsir.in.

Q : I mentioned the wrong Email-Id/ mobile number. Is it possible to edit after my transaction gets over?

If you confirm that you entered wrong Email-Id/ mobile write an email at support@dearsir.in with your order ID and other details. Also Scanned softcopy of your valid ID Proof is required.

Q : How do I claim a Refund?

As per our general regulation, if any issues found in receiving/ using our product kindly write your queries to support@dearsir.in If there any usage problems found by the customer, we will provide full support through our Help Desk. But No more cancellation of the product will allow.

Q : Is cancellation allowed after purchasing the mock test?

The cancellation of the product will not be allowed. If you found any problem to access the product you can mail us. Our Customer Care crew will resolve your query within a working days.
